    The largest public housing development company in Mexico started operations in 1973 with presence in 7 states of the republic.● Development and implementation of strategies for the management of the corporate porfolio with financial, federal, tax, banking, sofoles (limited-objective financial institutions), and notary public institutions ($8.5 Billion 2020) and last two years in charge of customer credit portfolio ($71Million). Working with a total team of 15 people the complete cycle (from collection management, reconciliation and accounting records).● Restructuring of the Post-Sale Collection area (2019): Redesign of personnel functions and strategies, reducing delinquency by 25% 1-180 days at the end of Q4 19 ’versus Q2 21’.● Design and implementation of the RAC 2019 campaign on client portfolio with a maturity of more than one year, with 65% effectiveness.● Proposal, design and collaboration in the development of a system for administration, portfolio generation, end customer management to professionalize activities, eliminate integrity risks, reduce 50% man-hours in the first stage, in addition to obtaining reports and direct indicators from system.● Responsible for the indicators, projections for treasury, directorate, and auditing; ● Collaboration with business procedures to design solutions in Oracle for the generation, management,for direct collection and in trust. The most relevant aspects of my participation at company:• Project: “Synergia Javer – Heineken SCyF”: Proposal, design and implementation of the first agreement scheme for the corporate sale which grants special benefits to employees for housing acquisition. • Design and implementation of the Portfolio as a Corporate Area (2006), from the design and implementation of the first procedures and systems for the administrative collection process (including legal) to the financial and direct clients; responsible for the negotiation with firms and correspondent entities (Banks, Oxxo, Famsa).
