    Site manager responsible for the Construction Management Team (CMT) on the installation of the 25 MW Innisfail Solar project located in Red Deer County, Alberta. Initiated on a green field site of 110 acres, activities included the civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning of the utility-scale project, owned by Elemental Energy Inc, a renewable energy developer and investor. Responsible to monitor and report site progress (safety, quality, and schedule), ensuring performance of CMT for all activities and communication interface with client on site. General interface with Project Management, procurement, accounting and engineering. • Set up and mobilizing of site facilities and equipment for site team and workers. • Managing site civil subcontractors performing site grading, temporary/permanent road and laydown area installations, helical pile install, and perimeter fences.• Managing equipment/material delivery co-ordination and site receiving/storage. • Management of mechanical racking staging/erecting and PV panel installation, utilizing both mechanical install subcontractor and self performance with direct hire workers.• Management of electrical installation subcontractor, responsible for structural design, fabrication, and installation for inverter skids, substation, and associated equipment. Installation, terminating, checkout, and commissioning of PV and MV cabling.• Site clean up and demobilization following substantial completion.
