    I manage the operations of the Ft. Ancient District (Warren and NE Butler County, Ohio) of the Dan Beard Council, B.S.A. , including direct management of one direct report Senior District Executive. I am responsible for the management of over 500 Volunteer Leaders and 1700 Scouts. Additionally, I am responsible for managing fund raising campaigns that equal an annual goal of $104,000.00. This includes one special event fund-raiser with a goal of $29,000.00

    Continuing to serve the U.S. Grant District (Clermont and Brown Counties), I now have the additional responsibility of providing overall management to the Council's Cuboree. This annual event serves as our premier fall outdoor experience for Cub Scouts (K-5 grades) in the Dan Beard Council. I also serve as the staff advisor to the council's Jewish Committee on Scouting. In addition to our annual Scout Shabbat, this committee also helps with the facilitation of a group of Israeli Scouts (Tzofim) from Netanya, Israel that have spent an annual two-week residency at Camp Friedlander (our local council camp) for the last 16 years.

    I have served the youth and volunteers of the Ft. Hamilton District (Butler County) from February to October of 2015 until I was promoted to the US Grant District (Clermont and Brown Counties) of the Dan Beard Council, Boy Scouts of America. As CEO of the district, I am responsible for recruiting youth and volunteers, starting new units, providing service to existing units, fund raising, and building awareness for scouting in the communities of Batavia, Amelia, New Richmond, Felicity, Mt. Orab, Bethel, Ripley, and Hammersville, Ohio.
