    Spearheaded the formation of The Professional Adult Education Association of Zambia (PAEAZ).Registered in Zambia, with the main aim of providing Basic and Fundamental Literacy, Education to the youth's and Adult's in Rural, Peri- Urban and Urban Zambia through community education centers. CO-COORDINATOR : - Identify Community Education needs and propose intervention.- Develop short and long term strategic planning for overall programs in collaboration with others.- Producing regular report's for the Association. - Co- ordinate member's meeting's.- Promote and stimulate productive group dynamic's and team work among member's through participatory approaches that broaden member's experience and professional growth. - Establishing new relationship's and partnerships with the government, NGO's , international organisations and the private sector. .- To conduct research.- Monitoring and Evaluation of programs.- To organise Educational tour's for association members in collaboration with other organisation's, The association has collaborated with various organisations to sight a few; The ZRA on Tax related issue's, The ECZ on Governance issue's and The Anti- Co-corruption commission. 2011 SERVED AS SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ZAMBIA ADULT EDUCATION STUDENT'S ASSOCIATION.(UZAESA) Achievement's-- Recommended for a teaching methodology (a secondary teaching course) as part of the Degree program in Adult Education of which management approved.- Recommended for community attachment and experience as part of the Adult Education Degree program of which management approved.- Led a hundreds of Adult Education students for vocational training in the government private sector and NGO'S. -Bambuyas love project _ is a youth project being implemented by PAEAZ, with the intention to achieve the following objectives: To stop and prevent early marriages, teenage pregnancies and drug abuse.. .
