The MRA is the delivery arm for the West Australian Government's planning portfolio, responsible for the delivery of 13 urban renewal projects. The MRA supports a range of diverse stakeholders including state government departments, local government, Australian and international property developers, industry groups and the community.As the Director of Sales, I supported the Executive Director, Project Delivery, in project feasibility and approvals, project planning and capital investment, sales and marketing planning for projects with an end value of $16billion.Key achievements:• Managed the marketing and 18‐month competitive bid process for the federally‐funded Perth City Link project, Australia’s most‐significant CBD transit‐oriented development worth $4billion.• Developed the Market Delivery Strategy for the State Government’s $2.6billion priority project, Elizabeth Quay and led the development and market launch of the first lots for sale.• Managed the marketing and competitive bid process for the 4‐hectare Waterbank precinct resulting in the execution of a Project Development Agreement with Lend Lease worth $95million.• Led the implementation of a strategic leasing strategy for 27 tenancies on William Street, Northbridge in a challenging retail market, and the development of the precinct into a niche shopping and dining destination.
