    Worked to help the City of Beaverton make smart choices that consider our environment, our economy, and the health of our community.Internal Operations: Completed an internal sustainability plan focused on City operations and services - Sustainable Beaverton Strategy. A comprehensive plan that outlined goals, actions, and metrics to move forward. Met with 100+ staff to select and prioritize actions. Approved and supported by the Mayor, City Council, and staff. Community:Designed and implemented a community engagement strategy to develop a community sustainability plan and feed the comprehensive plan update. Hosted a series of four sustainability forums to engage, educate, and invite the residents at large to engage around sustainability topics on a global, national, state, and local scale. Over 320 attendees combined.
