The primary goal of our ambassador programme is to provide assistance to passengers travelling through Wellington Airport. We have four main Ambassador locations at the airport with the additional support of roving ambassadors. The key responsibilities of an Ambassador are to;· Operate the Information Desks to provide visitors with information and assistance on airport services and facilities to meet the immediate requirements· Assist with passengers queuing in the Customs area of Wellington International Airport, directing passengers to the appropriate queue depending on their citizenship and declaration needs.· Follow the direction of WIAL management to ensure best practice and processes are followed, and high level of customer service, safety and security are achieved.
