    Provide project management and knowledge repository services for the $15M AHRQ grant awarded to the University of Oklahoma. Under the direction of Drs. Dan Duffy and Steve Crawford, this project is providing quality improvement support for 250 Oklahoma primary care practices. Improvements are based on integrating current evidence-based guidelines to improving heart health. As a part of the larger Evidence Now initiative, Healthy Hearts of Oklahoma (H2O) emphasizes proper use of aspirin, managing blood pressure, controlling cholesterol and smoking cessation. .

Also guiding an enterprise wide effort to create an inventory of knowledge assets for Utica Park Clinics. Utica Park Clinics was selected to participate in the CMS innovation grant, Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative. This project examines ways to utilize advanced technology and new approaches to patient advocacy to improve healthcare outcomes.

    Responsible of integration of health information from major health systems, clinics, labs and rural providershospitals into an advanced health information network. The purpose is to provide community-wide health data to healthcare providers on their patients. This integration includes C32/C83 based CCDs integrated with a range of HL7 messages including ADTs, ORUs, VXUs and MDMs. Responsible to coordinating technical sessions between stakeholder representatives, their EMR technical staff and the MyHealth technology vendors. Emphasis is on data integrity before is it accepted into the MyHealth Clinical Data Repository (CDR). Working with MyHealth team to create a payer data strategy that will incorporate claims, eligibility and meds filled data from insurance providers to the CDR. Participated in the development of the C83 CCD as part of the ONC's Beacon-EHR Vendor Technical Workgroup's efforts to establish a workable standard that also establishes a glidepath to the Consolidated CDA. Created multiple planning documents used to monitor progress on a large number of projects and to establish deliverable targets for technology vendors.
