    Order & Delivery Management• Verify accurate insertion of the UN Bulk requisitions at locations• Verify Reordering from each location making sure that any excess or shortfall are addressed with HQ and Juba and all Systems are update• Ensure that any overall and shortfall for the current period are addressed in a timely manner and coordinate with location to order required items to Juba /HQ and send any excess back to Juba for redistribution • Verify the visibility of stock pipe line (60 days visibility) and verify the prepared substitution for the items in short/missing, nonmoving of RR and submission to customer. • Verify any difference between Bulk order, Initial Order and Final Food Order and notify Management of any Variations +/- 10% • Notify ON TIME any anomalies (errors) with XERP system operations and data management.• Verify local purchase plan to HQ buyer. (FFV) Stock Management• Ensure that non-moving short shelf life items that will go out of warranty before being issued are relocated to other WH when possible. • Verify that RR and OS are kept in each location to ensure 95% SCR or higher. Very each SCR report sent by OMs.• Cross check SCR for product non-compliant to UNSTD that are neither in RR and OS should be disposed of or moved to another location if expiry date permits.• Verify SCR score and identify shortfall. Coordinate with Juba and location to ensure that this shortfall is corrected as soon as possible and/or that stock is already on way.Finance & Administration• Ensure the timely submission of all Reports to DPM (Weekly, Monthly and Periodically) with 100 % Level of accuracy making sure availability of details against the reports submitted.• Collate Reports sent by OMs check for accuracy and submit to DPM as per the report guidelines for weekly, monthly and periodically including but not limited to:• Weekly Delivery Status• Stock Compliance Report• Order Comparison File• Warehouse APL• Consolidated Substitution Request

    The RA is primarily responsible for assisting the Operation Manager/Project Manager to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Managers working under his responsibility and of the MONUSCO operations management.The main contract is the management of projects listed in attachment 6 above with all supporting contracts, subcontracts and additional requirements listed of this Job order. Priority object is to ensure supply of rations in accordance with the contract with MONUSCO, in accordance with its Quality Plan.As directed by the PM/OM/DPM, the RA is responsible for coordinating the WH1-WHHUB related activities for customer’s orders processing and supplier’s orders processing. Coordinating all logistic requirements for KAMPLA, and providing direct support and leave cover for the OM.
