    Collaborated closely with the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) teams at Wenger Feeds to optimize animal feed rates, enhancing ingredient utilization across our network of 8 Animal Feed mills. Monitored daily production volumes of both pelleted and mashed feed, two mills having the ability to produce either conventional or organic feed. JDE was the main ERP platform. These mills process mostly poultry, swine, dairy, turkey, and duck feed. Provided proactive support to key customers by facilitating seamless communication among cross-functional teams. Supported operations ensuring timely updates and assistance. Leveraged PowerBI reporting for data analysis and BinSentry for monitoring deliveries to key farms. Developed customized Excel-based forecasts for two prominent customers within the Wenger Feeds network, tailored to poultry layer and broiler operations.

    At Cargill, I was in the Animal Nutrition platform of the company. I was a material supply specialist and maintained micro feed ingredient inventory levels for 5 animal feed mills in: Batavia, NY; Martinsburg, PA, Owosso,MI , Jamestown, NY and Liverpool, NY. All of these mills are commercial dairy plants located in the NorthEast United States. My primary tasks were maintaining inventory levels, analyzing forecasts and historical data for sustainable inventory levels. Additionally, I created purchase orders for inbound ingredients and maintained steady communication with mill administration to ensure their manufacturing needs were met. I am also tasked with paying the bill of my purchases and maintaining the correct payable amount for each invoice. At Cargill, I was a part of the CFN business of the year 3 years in a row. My experience at Cargill is not limited to the above, and includes a world class education from one of the biggest companies in the world. Leadership, execution, safety are a few of the front of mind values I learned at Cargill that are often overlooked and undermined by other employers.

    As a Team Leader, I was responsible for monitoring and training co-workers in the call center. This responsibility included call monitoring, order management (both sale and warranty) along with various other roles of support for the supply chain in the call center. I primarily utilized SAP and CRM for all customer support and documentation. In SAP our main system of use was R/3 production, where I would run queries and reports that identified issues. I also assisted as an administrator of the brand Facebook pages, answering questions and providing customer service. I had weekly meetings with superiors to discuss on the floor statuses and brainstorm ideas for productivity and workflow. Other duties included answering supervisor and claim (injury) calls which may be highly sensitive. On a daily basis I utilized cross functional teaming with transportation, web team, packaging, accounting and inventory control in order to assist the customers.
