Oversee the day to day billing operations of 24 Dermatology Physicians and mid-level Clinics. Communicate with Physicians, Mid- Levels, front and back office regarding implementing ways to increase revenue.Educate, supervise and mentor team members on proper use of modifiers, diagnosis codes, CPT codes, TAR, HMO authorizations, timely filing issues, retro authorizations to eliminate delays in processing claims which will aid in maximizing their production.
