Interaction between the sales, stock and transport teams to ensure relevant stock was available to achieve the customer requested delivery dates. Analysis of live pricing, monitoring of quotations following price increases to ensure these had been implemented. Daily analysis of feedback from the sales teams through the use of 'Salesforce' to ascertain the business being won, lost or potential and targeted. Ensure any complaints raised were investigated through to final actions.
