I evaluate the software of all ZTE USA GSM and WCDMA Android phones over 4G/LTE and 3G networks, all carriers (Sprint, Cricket, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Tracfone), plus other devices such as hotspots and projectors. I created a scoring system to evaluate readiness and I create reports for the Quality Managers on which they base go/no go decisions. Test 3rd party apps with the devices including iPhone mirroring. Write and edit FAQs for the ZTE USA web site, assist the hardware engineers by doing pre-EWP analysis and track FFR data for the Tracfone manager. I take logs with adb logcat and use the Qualcomm support tools QXDM Professional and QPST. Also BREW AppLoader, internal tools created by ZTE and run automation with Monkey Runner.
