    Director - Interpret the script, cast the production, collaborate with producer and production staff, plan rehearsals, guide the actors in their work during rehearsals.Stage Manager- scheduling and running rehearsals,communicating the director's wishes to designers and crafts people,coordinating the work of the stage crew,calling cues and possibly actors' entrances during performance,overseeing the entire show each time it is performed, mark out the dimensions of the set on the floor of the rehearsal hall, make sure rehearsal props and furnishings are available for the actors, attend all rehearsals, notify the designers and crafts people of changes made in rehearsal.Costumer- create the look of each character by designing clothes and accessories the actors will wear in performance. Depending on their style and complexity, costumes may be made, bought, revamped out of existing stock or rented. designs costume to reflect the personalities of the characters in the script.Set Designer- Design the physical surroundings in which the action will take place to help portray director's concept of the production. Prop Manager- Gather all the scenery, furniture and props, works with producer to communicate budgetary needs and work within the assigned budget; collects all receipts for expenses and turn in to producer.
