    • Received 2014 Epidemiology Staff Recognition Award from Chair of Department.• Project Director for the Data Analysis and Coordination Center (DACC) for the MACS/WIHS Combined Cohort Study (MWCCS), the largest prospective study of people with HIV in the U.S. The MWCCS is based at 14 clinical consortia. Acted as liaison between MWCCS and staff at study sites, communicating information on protocol and data issues to sites via e-mail, web-site postings and memos.• Supervised and directed activities of four full-time and two part-time staff members. • Participated in meetings and on conference calls as a member of Executive Committee, Scientific Chairs Committee, Project Directors Working Group and other special interest working groups (Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neurocognition, Epidemiology, etc.). Chair of PD WG September 2009 through October 2011. Prepared QA summaries for Metabolic, Liver Disease, Epidemiology, Neurocognition, and Project Director WG calls.• Coordinated new form development and visit-specific revisions, as well as distribution to sites for start of new visits. Maintained MWCCS Manual of Operations based on new visit initiatives and protocols. Worked with internal and external investigators to develop MWCCS protocols. Prepared materials and conducted training sessions for protocol/form changes and new substudies.
