I also specialize in Short Sale negotiations. I handle the transaction from start to finish and most of the time I'm able to get the seller relocation assistance from the short sale lender as well. I handle any real estate transaction from probate and reverse mortgages to investment properties and traditional sales. I also have helped many clients find homes to lease and I help point them in the right direction to fix credit issues to prepare to buy a home in the future.

We prepare the short sale package, submit it to the bank, work directly with the bank to negotiate the short sale and get approval. We coordinate the short sale from start to finish. We specialize in negotiating the short sale for investment properties as well as HAFA short sales. We work closely with title and escrow to ensure all title issues are taken care and included in the short sale to provide a smooth transaction from start to finish.
