    Skills with this role:• Traveled to all 17 Prison sites in New Zealand, to assess Planned Asset Replacements on each site.• Assessed Critical Infrastructure assets (Water, Power, Fire, Security etc.) and other associated Fixed Assets to determine an action for End of Life, replacement or renewal of those assets. This includes the Corrections Department owned Community Probation offices and Ministry of Justice Courthouses network.• Obtain Asset info from onsite Techs (Plumbers, Electricians etc.), Civil Engineer recommendations, Facility Manager background info and reports from sub-contractors and sighting and photographing items to determine the potential need for repair or replacement of Assets.• Assessed condition of Prison internal and external roads, grounds, prisoner accommodation units, Prison kitchens, Prison laundry appliances, all Admin buildings, as well with all other critical infrastructure assets to maintain the safety and security of the Prison. • Outlining Planned Asset Replacement plans for each component, and quoting costs to repair, replace or renew critical assets within the Prisons, Community Correction offices and Courthouses.• Assist in determining PAR- (Planned Asset Replacement) for Prison site workshops. This is for Corrections Dept to consider potential funding for End of Life, Replacement and Renewal projects.• Enter and update asset info on SPM database from C1-C5 for each asset and attach photographs.I am a very hard working individual.
