Christian and I worked on the same team in the BUSS2000 Leading and Influencing course in Business course at USYD. He is absolutely a brilliant team member given his performance in the group work. He is good at solving problems, managing the whole project, and facilitating the discussion.

I have known Christian as a peer mentor in the University of Sydney Business School’s Peer Mentoring Program during semester 1, 2021. The Business School Peer Mentoring Program aims to build social and academic networks for commencing students in order to increase their sense of belonging to the learning community of the School. Mentors were particularly important given the impact of Covid-19 on the classroom and extra-curricular experience of first year students. All mentors undertook training in leadership and teamwork, organisation, interpersonal and cultural competence skills. Each small group met a minimum of three times and maintained weekly email communication. In particular, Christian reported developing leadership and interpersonal skills. I am enormously grateful to Christian for a superb contribution to the Business School Peer Mentoring Program, and wish them every success in the future.
