Planned and enabled a new, state of the art, full service dining operation for this established continuing care retirement community in the heart of Columbus' most affluent neighborhood. Relocated entire food service operation while continuing resident service by overseeing more than 300 meals, three times each day. Created and met budgets every year including during transition. Hired and oversaw training of new staff while evolving current, mature crew for new operations. Hired and worked with executive chef to establish a high end, full service core menu while actively maintaining the standard cycle menu. Implemented computer point-of-sale system in independent living facility. Executed full service bar operation with full liquor license along with meal plan options for residents.
