Additionally facilitated tier and job title consistency exercise for merging corporations involving 4 Regional Field Engineering and Operations VP's for 5,200+ FEO employees nation-wide. Project Anaconda (Excellence Award winner) team member of Network and Company wide teams to reduce contractor expense by converting and or releasing contractors. Company wide effort led to a savings of over $190 million dollars company wide and $10.8 million in savings in Network. Performance Management - Introduced new online performance mgmt system to FEO regional population in merger environment. This was accomplished thru onsite employee meetings, staff meeting presentations and conference calls. Conducted yearly performance mgmt., rating meetings with executive level mgmt and coordinated communications of entry/completion dates. Monitored rating entry completions through internal HR system. Communicated results back to FEO Executives on daily basis during ratings period. Network Services project lead for Sexual Harassment / Workplace Violence Training Program. Completed training on over 8,000 employees. In addition, negotiated with vendor and coordinated with Sprint University development team to create two new online training modules that have delivered SH/Workplace Violence training to entire corporation.

Managed staff of 4 professional level employees. Chaired Sprint PCS Short Term Disability Vacation Task force. Consulted 15 regional HR managers in 14 states including the following corporate center organizations- Sprints Disability Management Group, Corporate Employee Relations, Sprint Legal and Customer Solutions Executive team regarding practice / process improvements to the current STD /Vacation policies. After collecting relevant data and benchmark statistics, recommended fact based practice / process changes. Identified $2.04 million in savings through the discontinuation of pay prior to STD eligibility at the 41st. hour. The new vacation plan known as Time Pool Quarterly Allotment launched January 1, 2002 affected 13,000 PCS employees throughout the US. The change to the PCS Vacation plan resulted in an increase of 18 percent in customer service levels to Sprint PCS customers in the subsequent months after the vacation plan change. Coordinated new programming requirements involving vacation plan changes with outside contracting agency. Managed budgetary requirements of $100,000 to effectuate vacation plan changes with selected programming vendor. INTERNAL INVESTIGATIONS - Served as single point of contact for all escalated Executive level and "Ethics Hotline" complaints in the Customer Solutions organization nationwide. Investigating Title VII charges involving race, gender, age, sexual harassment and disabilities. REORGANIZATIONS- Member of KC based Human Resource group team which coordinated nation-wide downsizing in 14 states. Participated in planning of 3 separate business unit realignments; Reviewing "Due Diligence" involving statistical comparisons in conjunction with Sprint
