    Duties include cleaning the centre, advising customers face-to-face and over the phone, operating the front desk, booking people into the centre, preparing food & hot and cold drinks in the café, running climbing sessions on both the roped walls and Crazy Climb area. I have two regular kids club groups over the week and also run introduction taster sessions for people visiting the centre wishing to give climbing a try. I also am responsible for route setting in the centre, setting for general climbing and competitions.

    Assisted teaching staff in running lab practical sessions for visiting sixth form colleges and GCSE schools. My responsibility was to deliver seminars on aspects of physiological measures such as body composition and sprint performance as well as assessment of fitness in clinical and elderly populations. I helped to facilitate teaching sessions on; Body composition, VO2 max tests, peak flow and maximal lung volume tests, ECG, vascular ultrasound, Wingate tests as well as sub-maximal exercise tests for elderly/clinical populations.
