Enterprise is so much more than a rental car company. Enterprise is an amazing private company based in St. Louis, Missouri. Please click the link in my profile to learn about ERAC. My time at Enterprise started like everybody else, as a Management Trainee. Enterprise promotes from within and as a result, I was able to get promoted within our rental division. I was extremely proud to help those around me grow personally and professionally. In addition, one accomplishment that stands out was successfully opening a new branch (store) location with many unique challenges. My success in Enterprise's rental division allowed me to get promoted into HR. I was tasked with starting the HR department in the newly created Nevada region. My success in Nevada led to another promotion to the Oregon Group which covered the state of Oregon and SW Washington State. While I was with the Oregon Group, I oversaw all HR operations for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Alamo Car Rental, National Car Rental, Enterprise Car Sales, Enterprise Rent-A-Truck, Enterprise Fleet Service, RideShare, and call-centers. I provided training and guidance for upper-management, and supervised the following areas: New Hire training, legal avoidance, benefits, union/collective bargaining agreements, employee development, DOT requirements, and performance management training for over 70 locations with just under 1,000 employees, 9 Area Managers, 3 Group Rental Managers, 15 Department Heads, and one Vice-President/General Manager.•Responsible for internal investigations, BOLI claims, EEOC claims, worker’s compensation, unemployment claims, and legal issues.•Software: PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, Mac OS and iOS.•Recruiting, college recruiting, talent acquisition, new hire orientation, and on going training. •Business development, benefit administration•Technology, PeopleSoft, iOS, ADP, Kronos, Apple iWorks suite, Mac OS
