    In my role as a private tutor I: - work with students of all ages and abilities, to help them develop the skills they need to be successful in school and in life.- advocate for students within their school to establish the needed accommodations that will allow them to perform at their absolute best.- work with student to help them understand the way they learn, the areas that are a struggle for them and helping them use their strengths to be the best learners they can be.And as the owner of a (very small) business I also get to work on my skills in bookkeeping, advertising, clerical work and even housekeeping. This job keeps me on my toes and regularly challenges me in new and unexpected ways.
