    Duties & Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Project Director I am currently working as an Electrical, Mechanical Construction Manager, converting the old American embassy in Grosvenor Square London, into a 6-star hotel for the Quater Royal family.The principle contractor is Multiplex my duties is the management of the Installation of the electrical mechanical infrastructure including the shell and core and the fit out of the suits and externals, I liaise in meeting or on site walks with the clients consultants, Project Engineers, CAD design, Sub-Contractors Manufacturers, Wholesalers, I submit design proposals, Tec-Subs, Data sheets, and coordinate with Sub-contractors on install, ordering of materials, while providing QA packs clearing snagging, using Field view, Autodesk, coins, PDF Pro, word, excel, Site Audit Pro. While providing inductions, toolbox talks and attending meetings and daily DAB’s meetings alongside writing bespoke RAMS. Attending meetings with principal contractor on progress, design, commissioning Creating QA packs with red line and as built drawings, electrical test certs, pressure test certs snags handover documents, drawings.Created SOPs for handovers, RFI’s, RAMS and recording day work, blockers, delays, and progress.Working with sub-contractors such as Mivan, Global fire, Gardiner’s, clip-fine, cone lifts, Trescay data, Schneider.Arranging labour with agencies and drafting look ahead’ s with day-to-day
    emails, logistics, scheduling and coordinating scope of works to sub-contractors.
