    Responsible for Landscape Design, Intensive Green Roof Design and Site Lighting Design for this LEED project. Prepared LEED worksheets for applicable LEED sections for water use, site lighting efficiency and the like. Site Lighting design completed with 45% less power than allowed by LEED standards. Specifications were prepared for fertigation system, roof garden, exterior landscaping and site lighting. Expected completion of construction September 2009.

    As Landscape Architect for this client I designed and documented the overall landscape design, the streetscape design at the storefronts and the design of the event area including site furniture selection, display fountain design and hardscape paving design. We prepared site lighting drawings for the entire facility. I prepared a schematic irrigation design and coordinated irrigation requirements with other consultants. I made recommendations for improvements in fine grading and hardscape revisions based on tenant requirements.

  • Trump Taj Mahal Casino/Convention Facility, Atlantic City, NJ

    • 1985 - 1990

    As project manager I coordinated the landscape and irrigation design and reviewed construction of the interior, exterior and roof area landscape development at the Trump Taj Mahal during the original construction and two later expansions. I also documented the design of the display fountain and coordinated with mechanical engineers for pipe sizing and design requirements. I designed the granite pavements in the Porte Cochere area and other architectural pavements in the perimeter sidewalks and driveway apron areas. Additional work since the original construction has included the design and documentation of a public plaza area along Pacific Avenue, additional landscape plantings and irrigation work.
