    well, was asked and volunteered to take a 2 week crash course in running a bakery and deli in a store.. Did well. worked from 3 am to 9 pm 6 days a week. On Sunday's, I worked 3am to 11 am, went home, came back around 5 to lock down... walked to work because I only lived 4 blocks away.. was broken hearted because I was fired , the store did not do well competing with other stores... the replacement manager lasted almost 3 months, and the store had 3 other managers before they closed down 3 years later.. I sure learned a lot and so loved to cook the deli stuff and baking was an easy thing to do.. staff, well that was where I had my issues
