    As one of the original innovators in big data, IRI, integrates the world's largest set of otherwise disconnected purchase, media, social, causal and loyalty data to help FMCG, retail, over-the-counter health care and media companies grow their business.I lead the UK Finance team to greatly improve: cash conversion, financial governance, revenue growth management, forecasting and audit compliance. Full ownership of £100m turnover P&L and Balance sheet management.Achievements:1) Cash conversion success by turning round an annual £5m cash deficit into the UK funding £14m to our US parent in my final year.2) As Interim FD for a separate UK subsidiary (SalesOut), I business partnered with the MD to significantly improve the forecasting performance to within 5% of actual performance and then recommended how the UK FP&A team could make improvements to its forecasting process.3) Formalised and improved Financial Governance to aid better revenue recognition, accounting and cost control which resulted in no material audit adjustments in my 6 years of managing the audit process.4) Transitioned from UK GAAP to IFRS5) UK lead working with US tax team to simplify the UK entity structure6) UK lead for post acquisition financial integration for 2 acquisitions7) Designed Finance system that would combine 3 different legacy systems and would facilitate growth

I was instrumental in helping the business grow from £13m to £20m in my 3 years by working on sales growth strategies and implementing stronger governance on our pricing and discounting strategies.Achievements:1) Collaborated with sales and marketing to achieve double digit growth first time the business had achieved that.2) Improved financial governance to improve net profit margin by 4%3) Sought & secured debt finance to fund some strategic projects - no covenants were breached4) Significantly improved board MI for better strategic decision making5) Implemented new ERP system

    Integrity Software Ltd were a Finance system software solution experts for the construction industry. They were a PE backed (Graphite Capital) business who also managed SaaS offerings to the H&B and garden centre industry.My role, as FC, was to head up the Finance operations and then support the CFO on growth and M&A strategies. I lead the FDD on 2 acquisitions and supported our CFO on completing them. I received a fantastic grounding in corporate finance and managed integrations, covenant management and profit to cash strategies.

I was part of the team that presented and delivered £100m PFI project proposals - working on financial and business models while collaborating with the operation and service teams.
