• Project Management: identifying and developing housing projects to increase the supply of social housing through various programmes, including leasing, construction and the purchase of existing houses. Together over the various programmes, 650 properties delivered over 6 yrs, and $125 m. South Island projects were green fields, brown fields and special homes for disabled• Contract management: including preparation and administration of various build, lease and sales contracts, the preparation of tenders, tender evaluation and awarding • Assessing damage: to houses/ complexes after the earthquake in Sept 2010. Over 400 houses triage assessed in 2 weeks • Divestment management: to divest properties through sales , trading and demolition • Implementing agreed company strategies: policies and procedures• Develop and manage: the acquisition and construction operation of social housing projects within allocated budgets and time frames • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential stakeholders, professional, QS, valuers, engineers• Develop strategies: to promote the supply of lease properties and developers• Ensure compliance: with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, building act• Communicating: through report preparation/production and attendance at meetings
