    Oil & Gas ESH Management Mr. Byerman Oil & Gas experience includes:  Coordinated with operation personnel in the management of day-to-day environmental and safety compliance issues, spill response issues, emergency plan preparation;  Implemented environmental and safety procedures, conducted EH&S training and performed internal and vendor compliance audits;  Developed environmental and safety compliance plans to meet federal and state regulations;  Conducted contractor oversight for implementation of Process Safety Management (PSM) plans for several natural gas and propane facilities.  Interfaced with corporate Pipeline Integrity Group to development and implement environmental and safety procedures to conduct a pipeline inspection program;  Conducted Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) permitting, construction and compliance projects;  Developed and updated site spill and emergency plans for petroleum production and pipeline projects; and  Managed over 20 remediation projects which included direct interface with state and federal agencies, as well as providing technical and litigation support. Nuclear Power Management Mr. Byerman served as the Environment Project Manager for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant (CPNPP) COL application for Units 3 and 4 which was submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in September 2008. CPNPP Units 3 and 4 received its Environmental Impact Statement from the NRC in 2011. Mr. Byerman’s duties include; overall management of the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) - Environmental Report (ER) as well as the site characterization section of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR), and several inputs to complete the Emergency Plan (EP) for the new units.
