Prepared daily operational documentation for playout operators and performed safety checks of prime-time content to safeguard against errors. Ensured quick response or delegation of urgent tasks, including file import or export, content rejection and replacement, locating missing broadcast material and keeping Media Managers informed of Media Centre activities.Ensured disaster-recovery playout environment (Snell Morpheus ICE) was replicated with production playout content (Harris D-Series).Trained new Media Controllers and conducted breakdown scenario testing for controllers graduating to solo operation.
