This firm specialized in destination resort communities in Central America. The company coupled projects with investors and did large-scale master planning for land development.• Provided Project and Graphic Support for master planning and various collateral and publications of the design and delivery of the Four Seasons Resort in Costa Rica. Opening of this property led to a dramatic increase in real estate property values that continues today.• Coordinated Project and Office Support for the interface and design process between an international golf design group (Arnold Palmer) and the owner's team (Peninsula Papagayo) to design and document a signature 18-hole championship golf course. The results of this effort produced the first luxury style resort course in Costa Rica that won international recognition.• Supported the organization and management of the consultant team to deliver the Marketing Communications Plan and Brand Identity for Peninsula Papagayo of Costa Rica - a 2,700 acre destination resort community. The ultimate impact of this effort tripled real estate values.• Developed and Published the Residential Design Guidelines for Peninsula Papagayo, a destination resort community in Costa Rica. The 100-page document was targeted for high-end clients desiring to create a unique and distinct home. Providing in-house desktop publishing and printing was a cost-saving benefit to the owner.'
