    I started my Street Beatz journey in 2014 as a pupil and continued to become a qualified dance teacher. I completed all exams and gained my dance qualifications to become a Street Professional Associate from the National Association of Teachers of Dancing (NATD). I currently teach Street Dance from the age of 4 onwards and young adults. I manage dance competitions, exams, workshops and birthday parties for my dance pupils. I frequently handle finances such as collecting event funds and issuing invoices to schools we teach at.

    I was responsible for selling clients their new dream home, whilst maintaining a close relationship and building a rapport with them. I gathered information about the properties that I sold whilst taking photos to advertise it. I used multiple computer systems to market the properties for example, Rightmove, Zoopla and Boomin. Continually met customers expectations by making appointments and showing potential buyers around properties. Regularly meeting targets that had been set, whilst referring buyers to mortgage planners for advice. Kept in touch with potential buyers through our Client Relationship Management (CRM) System. I achieved a promotion as a Sales Progressor where I managed the sales of 3 offices. I liased with solicitors and external stakeholders to ensure the buying/selling process was on schedule.

    I worked at Southampton Airport for Swissport as a Passenger/Customer Service Representative. On a day-to-day basis I checked in customers and boarded them onto various flights, these include internal and international flights. I also managed and amended flights for customers where I also advised them on alternative options if their flight was delayed, cancelled or disrupted. Maintaining and building a strong relationship with the customers is fundamental. I took an empathetic approach to ensure that the customers were always content and happy with the service that I provided. I was expected to reach deadlines and targets daily, and this reinforces motivation and drive.
