      During this work experience, I was able to develop my skills and be able to explore the different teams and roles of the company.I was able to develop my customer service skills by helping the staff of the company through the phone and online forms, where they require help or new equipment. Additionally, I was able to learn excel sheet skills through different types of data input, with various numbers, percentages and figures. This all allowed me to be able to work with the different teams of the company through communication and being able to shadow different types of teamwork. For example, the relationships between the truck drivers and their supervisor, where they work with each other for their work journey on the road and the support they need.
