Oversaw work planning, financial management and all reporting to USAID to meet project goals and deliverables on time and under budget and to ensure compliance with USAID and FHI policies. Supervised a team of 80, and directly managing 12 staff. It had a consortium of 8 partners consisting of local and international organizations.
