Managed the wrist banding of visitors and followed through that all protocol procedures are observed.During Event TimeCommunicated with the team to made sure all health and crowd safety protocols are being followed.Followed event programming and communicated with the artists, staff and visitors to advise if any changes had occurredAssisted injured guests or sick guests and communicated with the health authorities and higher police to ensure safe evacuation.Post Event TimeEnsured a clear safe and smooth evacuation of the artists and crew on stage and backstage , back to respective hotels.Made sure guests leave the crowded venue safe and without any stamped.Wrote reports and submitted to management of all the occurrences of the day
