    -Built 2 subscription crate brands and expanded upon 3 more through designing and illustrating: mascots, monthly crates, stickers, emailers, booklet inserts, & site banners.-Illustrated covers for/laid out monthly crate booklet inserts, revised, and formatted for final printing.-Collaborated successfully with licensers within brand limitations for final box designs, booklet layouts, and exclusive merchandise. -Wrote, drafted, & illustrated monthly comic strips, online theme headers, teaser emails, and advertisements promoting Japan Crate products.-Designed exclusive branded items such as T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, and box skins for various giveaways and themes.-Researched pop culture, motifs, trends and adapted art style to stay relevant/meet brand needs.-Improved engagement on social media with illustrated mascot led ads, product teaser campaigns, as well as interactive content (quizzes, fun facts posts, holiday greetings).-Assisted in the training and management of 2 design team interns. -Quality controller (proofread, edited, and formatted booklets to ensure high quality printing.)-Collaborated across in-house and overseas teams for website and blog updates, sneak peek (product teasers) art live streams, and creating Japan Crate exclusive product designs. -Created eye catching Gif headers for daily subscription emails & influencer twitch/facebook livestream announcements-Laid out and published 4 or more emailer designs daily utilizing tools from photoshop, illustrator, and clip studio paint. -Conceived and Illustrated the final skateboard for Tony Hawk’s Japan Crate Collaboration/Giveaway.
