Responsible for supervising, directing, evaluating, analyzing and overseeing the daily staffing, operations of designated Call Center unit supervisor and access representatives. My focus would be to ensure timely customer-focused service to patients calling to obtain medical services at University California Irvine Medical Center. I participated as ambassador for employee engagement campaign for the call center several years.
