Built a new team post-merger that focused on tools and processes to enable leaders to make culture a competitive advantage at the world’s largest airline. Led talent management, leadership development, high potential programs, assessments, and organization development.• Designed leadership competencies and talent management strategy (including a no-ratings performance management approach) aligned to desired company culture. • Created and led process for companywide review (by top 65 officers) of executive talent (top 600 leaders), succession planning, and high potential identification and development, which drove increased diverse representation at the executive levels of the company and ensured a strong bench of talent for the future.• Implemented Emergenetics (personality assessment) with business units, post-merger, to accelerate team startup while establishing companywide language for understanding and managing individual style differences.• Rolled-out the first company-wide team member engagement survey, designed as an inclusion-focused and leader-led process to listen and act on feedback, that resulted in over 200 listening sessions held across the company and local action plans for all leaders to act on the feedback. • Centralized process for leveraging external consultants and aligned them to corporate strategy, which allowed for creating a larger extended team when scalability for large initiatives or specialized skillsets were needed.
