    Responsibilities: (SG)• KPI management for Warehouse LSP process and performance(inbound volume, outbound volume, warehouse position bin occupation, customer complain, Warehouse productivity, VAS volume transportation status … )• Cost management for Warehouse process LSP monthly charges(base on contract, to check and control operation volume and accordingly the cost …) • WM warehouse process monitor for new requests, new products special or super-size … …• SD process new business need like: benefits give to customer when they send back the old product module, so to sale more new product module out• ASN / IDOC installation between Suppliers and BOSCH Group• Shelf life over products solution;• Inventory solution ( cycle accounting ... )• Scraping contract and process, manage the system scraped stock … … • … … Responsibilities: (ASEAN)• WM warehouse process standardization • WM process verification according to the Countries sales structure, Plant and Warehouse structure (some have warehouse have several plant stock; some have one plant one warehouse ……)• WM FIFO principle upgrading and system and physical stock transfer to a new physical site and a new system site for Malaysia• 2 Warehouse of 2 Business unit, combine into one physical warehouse, then from 2 WM warehouse merge into one system WM warehouse for Indonesia• WM Picking face project Go-Live for ASEAN warehouses more 5 warehouse one by one• System IDOC for inbound ASN from other system to ASEAN system for ASEAN countries Difficulties we meet :1. Production data preparation: Huge volume of master data from difference source need to be analysis and prepare, then need to transfer to CI standard template, it is a big challenge. 2. Stock transfer issue: 15% material transfer to the wrong position ( 167 to 750 ) in stock migration , but later on we found the room cause , and done the stock transfer successfully, pain and gain .
