    During this position, I was published on AnGang Technology Issue 381 for solving a resonance trouble of a high-speed wire mill in Wire Rod Mill and also featured on AnGang Technology Issue 385 for extending the service life on a gearbox with a bearing cage that was always broken in 1700 Hot Strip Mill. What’s more, I successfully resolved a crack in the clutch of TRT turbine’s oil pump. My main duties included troubleshooting, on-site-balancing and maintenance-guiding of equipment and I was also able to recognise areas of problems and avoided numerous accidents such as surging, oil whirl, mill resonance, etc. I gained extensive skills regarding centrifugal fans, gearboxes, motors, pumps etc. and worked effectively as part of a team in line with various guidelines as well as the organisations larger objectives and goals. I am also proud to have successfully prevented a large number of economic losses for the company.
