Sisters on the Runway is a registered student organization which strives to raise awareness of domestic violence. In addition to our many events held throughout the year, we put on a student-run fashion show in the spring and donate all proceeds to Safe Passage, a women's shelter in Northampton. As president, I was responsible for:-Implementing monthly volunteer and fundraising efforts in order to plan a fashion show with over 300 attendees -Managing executive board of 12 to ensure project deadlines were met-Hosting student meetings which included guest speakers and marketing initiates -Spreading domestic violence awareness across campus and donating proceeds to a local shelter
