This role encompassed full brand management of Junction Moama - including all public relations, social media strategy, external marketing; including television, radio and print, website maintenance, database management, event and function coordination, event procurement, employment, uniform management, customer relationship management, overseeing of menu creation and general brand development. I also had the responsibility of looking after the brand Frinkle Moama and coordinating social media strategies, competitions and general advertising.This position is a hands on role where both administration work and on the floor shifts were required. Front of house shifts allowed me to coordinate all events, build customer relationships and liaise with supervisors on training and promotions.

I also coordinated McHappy Day 2010-2012, which raises money for Ronald McDonald House Charities. This involved extensive cash handling and fundraising knowledge, excellent customer relations skills, working with community volunteers and McDonald’s Head office employees.
