    Satu Ibu Satu Pohon is a Non-Governmental Organization with a mission of tackling child stunting caused by malnutrition. Accepted as a volunteer in the Growing Leader Internship Program, Cheesy was entrusted to hold a project named Charity Auction with 2 other people in the team.In a month, Cheesy was able to:1. Researched then listed down over 56 potential brands2. Approached over 48 brands3. Held meetings with 5 brand partners and conducted the presentation4. Got 4 brands signed the MoUAs a result, together with the team, we managed to execute the Charity Auction in Satu Ibu Satu Pohon Instagram in 3 days and reached 80,5% above the targeted amount of donation.

    Parahyangan National Model United Nations (PNMUN) is a Model United Nations held under Parahyangan Model United Nations Community (PMUNC). It is a competition where the participants act as delegates representing state or non-state actors and simulate the United Nations conference. Having "The Intrinsic Question Between Humanity and Modernity: Propagating Peace, Justice, and Rule of Law Amidst the Tumultuous Modern Global Landscape" as the grand theme of PNMUN 2021, the event division was responsible to plan, concept, and execute all exciting, inspiring, yet memorable events.During this project, Cheesy was able to:1. Concept the topic of the webinar event, titled "Initiating the Preparation of Gen Z Employment in The Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era"2. Approached and invited one of the speakers for the webinar, who is currently a CEO of a leading Banking and Finance Software Company, then kept them accompanied throughout the event3. Created the Terms of References which consists PNMUN 2021 background, event rundown, event description, and materials outline for the speakers4. Made the script for the MC in all 4 events and became a Master of Ceremony for one of the events

    Gathering and Introducing International Relations (GINTRE) is an orientation program for first year International Relations students in Parahyangan Catholic University. With 8 months of preparation and as a part of the Core Division, Cheesy was responsible to coordinate with the Chairman, Treasurer, and 3 Vice Chairmans to manage over 6 divisions (Matter, Protocol, Event, LO, Design, Documentation) with 128 people in the committee, quality control, concept GINTRE 2021 from scratch and execute it. As a secretary, Cheesy was in charge of all things related to administration and bureaucratic matters. As a result, Cheesy and team managed to:1. Concept the grand theme and came up with "Tackling COVID-19 Impacts on Food Security" as a result, along with "Provision of Staple Crops" and "Provision of Livestock" as the chambers or sub-topic under the grand theme2. Quality control over products from all divisions, with a total of 88 products from 6 different divisions3. Made a proposal and led the other committees in the making of accountability report 4. Made and sent over 41 letters and emails5. Executed the 3 main series of events which consist of Preparatory Meeting, Formal Conference, and Informal Session for 226 first year International Relations students.

Moderated 5 LGDs consisted of 8-9 people in each group2. Interviewed 8 different applicants after once they have passed the LGD selection process3. Assessed their performances based on the scoring criteria and input it in the database

In the 10th SXC Grand Summit, I became a Liaison Officer and was responsible of:1. Becoming a bridge between the participants and the project coordinators2. Welcoming the participants, answer their question, distribute information, check up on their attendance, fulfill the report and accompanied them throughout the eventThrough this project, I managed to expand my network, improved my self-discipline and interpersonal skill such as the skill to welcome new people and make them feel comfortable.
