As CFO for over 10 years, I led the finance and accounting groups and was responsible for financial plans and policies, fiscal controls, financial reporting, HR and corporate investments. I also ensured that the company’s growth strategy was in line with its financial health and worked closely with the senior management team on growth strategies through a period of very strong growth.
