Completed a five-year program of assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises in Albania, including the Country’s first successful business loan guarantee program through an Albanian bank and the strengthening of a state-wide micro-credit business lending institution. Provide business assistance to agricultural and manufacturing enterprises, including business planning, marketing and distribution. Served as chief executive for local staff as the project concluded and was handed over to Albanian operators.
