    I started IndoPacific Trading Company after a visit to Indonesia. I saw an enormous wealth of fine handicrafts, tribal art and antiques, and fell in love with the place and the crafts. I began using my basement as a warehouse, and grew rapidly until I had 7 employees and a commercial warehouse, with customers from Alaska to Columbia, in every state of the US and a dozen or more other countries. This is where I learned how to maintain Macintosh computers, as we used Macs to run the business. After years of being on the road 7 months a year, I finally grew tired of the grind and closed the company.
