    NOVATEK Animal Feeds is a subidary company of ZAMBEEF the largest organisation in zambia that has branches in ghana and Nigeria.Novatek is the Largest Animal Feed company in zambia producing on average 7000mt of feed a month and exporting +/- 200 to 300 tons a month to zimbabwe.When i joined NOVATEK, they had a fleet of 7 trucks and grew it to 22 by the time i left plus two forklifts. The management of the trucks & forklifts maintainance, drivers and their daily rations was all done by myself. The Satelite tracking and CCTV of the plant, was all monitered by myself. I assisted with the despatch (loading) supervision of the feed. My logistics department was the first in the Zambeef group of companies to promote and support gender equality by employing two heavy duty female drivers.

Grobler construction also did the upgrading of Botswana Railways by assembling control rooms and erecting towers country wide along the railway line in selected areas and towns. We installed all the controls satelite communication control rooms etc.
