Amicus was established to leverage the skills of the group to create white label outsourced solutions for clients seeking multi-channel customer contact and fulfilment services. I had responsibility for the Sales and Marketing, Project Management and Amicus’ ‘New Media’ Offerings. Following the launch of our financial services lead generation service set up specifically for Zurich Mortgage Network, we went on to launch Mortgage Nation, a UK wide mortgage brokerage. Initially focused on the lead and client prospecting, I was later promoted to sales director for Mortgage Nation and my main focus was sales and recruitment nationwide. We grew the business to 22 mortgage advisors with a back office marketing, support and processing team of a further 6 members of staff.
