Clown is a small event planning company and as office manager I did sales, customer service, scheduling of performers and events, event planning, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, word processing, typing of contracts and invoices, as well as supervising up to three other associates while the owner was out of town. I created an office manual to help train new employees and performers. I would send vital information through memos to our performers as well as boosting moral by listing positive comments we received from clients. I worked on site at events as the event coordinator to ensure that everything went as planned. I also worked at many events as a clown, character look-a-like, or fortune teller for children.
