    Launched a successful turnaround of the School’s declining enrollment and operating losses in order to achieve long-term sustainability in a competitive independent school environment. - Academic enhancements included a one-to-one student Tablet-PC program, a Bio-Medical Sciences program, and an exchange program for college credits with a local university. - Increased revenues through higher enrollment, fund raising for technology and financial aid, improved endowment fund investing- Improved visibility with personal visits to feeder schools, creation of new special events to involve area organizations and re-engage alumnae, establishment of e-newsletters, upgrade and expanded distribution of the School's magazine- Other effective measures involved an all-inclusive transparent strategic planning process, branding with a compelling message, and enhancement of the School’s 160-year old building’s appearance to showcase its history and traditions.
